The house was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with super comfy beds and bedding. It had all the amenities needed for a romantic escape. The surrounding area was picturesque and charming, with a lovely village and great pub nearby. The location was also central, making it easy to visit Bath, Wells, and Cheddar within 30 minutes.
Although the house had lovely decor, there were a couple of minor issues. there was no mirror in the master bedroom ensuite, which made shaving a bit difficult.

A Home Away from Home!
During my recent stay at the Annexe in Timsbury, I was pleasantly surprised by the homely atmosphere of the house. The bedrooms, living room, and kitchen made me feel right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, which gave me the perfect opportunity to enjoy a family-style breakfast in the dining room. As a group of eight people constantly glued to our phones, it was refreshing to have a space that brought us all together. A special shoutout to Paul, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. I would definitely rate my experience a 5/5! :))
Although I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, there were a few minor drawbacks worth mentioning. if our stay had been longer, a freezer would have been beneficial.

The house is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage in the bedrooms and comfy beds. the bathrooms are clean and have nice showers. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy lounge. the hosts are helpful and quick to respond. Netflix is available for entertainment and there were thoughtful touches like Christmas decorations and a welcome pack with milk, bread, and tea.
The check-out time of 10am could be a bit early for some guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this home away from home. The facilities were amazing and there was plenty of space for everyone. The host, Paul, was welcoming, helpful, and even went above and beyond by taking care of a sick child's bed. The location was great, with a wonderful pub just a short walk away. The house was clean, tidy, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the separate dining room, perfect for a small family get together.
Hotel breakfast could use a little improvement by adding a few more options.
